BeschreibungWe have three different sizes of Shruti Box . All have a range of 13 chromatic semitones from C - C, which can be opened individually and thus combined as desired. The larger bellows volume of the medium version compared to the small Shruti Box ensures a stable, full sound, making it easier to produce an even tone in the room. Especially when several valves are opened, pumping can be slower and quieter than with the small Shruti Box. The frame of the small and large Shruti Box is made of solid wood, whereas the bellows wings are made of laminated plywood. In this medium model, however, the two bellows wings are also made of solid wood. We recommend the large Shruti Box for overtone singing due to the large bellows volume . However, if you are looking for a compact shruti box that still provides a good bellows volume, this medium shrutibox is the right choice.
