Caixa Guerra 14" x 156 cm PRO - Snare

Corresponds to a snare drum (12'' or 14'') and has a metal gong attached to the head, which produces a crackling sound that combines the different sounds of the group (timbre or string). The drum was originally adopted by military brass bands and introduced to groups of street percussionists (batucada) by the Portuguese in the 1950s.
