Unfortunately, it sometimes happens that the post office or DPD takes a little longer. As much as we would like to, we cannot influence this.

Normally the shipment arrives and has not been lost somewhere.

We charge a flat-rate shipping fee of 12.00 per order for the Principality of Liechtenstein and Switzerland.

International parcels are calculated at checkout according to weight and destination.

If the order has not yet been shipped, we can change the delivery address.

If your order has already left our warehouse, unfortunately we can no longer cancel or change the order.

You can try to contact the courier to see if they can redirect your package. If the courier is unable to change the address, your parcel may be returned.

At Dunum, we strive to be as environmentally friendly as possible right from the start. We try to reuse cardboard as often as possible. The packaging material is almost always used newspaper, which we obtain from friends. Unfortunately, with fragile and delicate instruments, it is not always possible to completely dispense with plastic. However, if you insist, please make a note of this during the ordering process.
