The White Tail Hawk in the key of "B" minor is made from domestic walnut, a hardwood or Aromatic Cedar, a softwood. The flute is sealed with non-toxic oils, gives this flute a clear, bright voice.
This wooden flute is the highest octave in the key of "B" we make and is a good accompaniment flute for the Condor Bass B flute. It's ease of play and durability make it ideal for outdoor use such as hiking and backpacking.
The flute is deeper in tone then the Merlin "C".
It is a 6-hole flute, we cover the 3rd hole from the top of the flute (known as the 6th hole) with a leather tie, giving the option to use it as a 6-hole or a 5-hole flute.
This wooden flute is 17.75 inches (45 cm) long.
