General terms and conditions of Dunum GmbH
The following general terms and conditions apply to all orders that customers place via the online shop www.dunum.ch of Dunum GmbH, Grabenstrasse 10, 4805 Brittnau.
1. Order, conclusion of contract, content, terms of payment
Purchase contracts come about through the offer and acceptance by Dunum GmbH. The order confirmation is sent automatically by email to the ordering address. The customer also declares that he or she agrees that his email address may be used to send the Dunum newsletter. You can unsubscribe at any time using the link in the newsletter. For the content of the order, only the resp. the ordering party responsible. There are following payment options:
- Debit / credit cards (Visa, Mastercard)
- Postfinance Card
- Postfinance e-finance
- Cash on pickup
2.1 The prices quoted are all in Swiss Francs (CHF) and include the statutory value added tax.
2.2 Price and range changes as well as technical changes are reserved. All offers are non-binding.
3. Shipping, delivery, backlogs
3.1 Offers and deliveries are limited to delivery addresses within Switzerland and the Principality of Liechtenstein.
3.2 The shipping costs amount is CHF 10.00. We deliver postage free to all of Switzerland and the Principality of Liechtenstein on orders over CHF 200.00. Shipping costs abroad are different and depend on weight.
3.3 Articles that can be delivered immediately are usually dispatched within 2 - 5 working days after receipt of the order. Please note that delivery delays on the part of our suppliers may result in longer delivery times. In any case, we will inform you of the planned delivery date on your invoice / delivery note.
3.4 A delay in delivery never leads to a reduction in the sales price.
3.5 If one of the items you have ordered is not in stock, the delivery of the remaining items is not affected. Missing articles will be delivered to you as soon as possible and free of charge.
3.6 We must be notified of any damage in transit within 48 hours. Otherwise the right to a free replacement expires.
4. Refusal of acceptance
If we refuse to accept the goods delivered by us, we are entitled to charge the costs we have incurred.
5. Retention of Title
The goods remain the property of Dunum GmbH until the purchase price has been paid in full.
6. Return of Products
Customers can return goods without giving a reason within 8 calendar days of receipt or collection (the "return"), whereby the following procedures and regulations apply (the "right of return"). Consumables and custom-made products and all wind instruments are generally excluded from the exchange
The time at which the parcel is handed over to the customer or when a collection notice is sent is decisive for the deadline for postage.
The product must be packed securely for return by the customer. A product must be returned in its original packaging and complete, i.e. with all accessories. Products welded in plastic can only be returned in unopened condition.
The decision on a (partial) refund of the purchase price as a result of a return is incumbent on Dunum GmbH after a thorough examination of the returned goods. Return shipping costs are non-refundable.
